New Content

Advanced Armor and Shell Mechanics

All armour-penetrating vehicles now use true penetration and armour values to determine damage: a shell can only penetrate and deal damage when its penetration is higher than the target's armour.

At the same time, most vehicles now have completely different front, side, and rear armour values. This means vehicles that cannot be penetrated from the front can be penetrated from the side or the rear.

Client Overhaul

The client has been completely rebuilt. The new client not only features a better-looking GUI, but also greatly improves every interface.

New content:

  1. Campaign missions now have a medal system. Clearing a campaign on Easy, Normal, or Hard unlocks the bronze, silver, and gold medals respectively; clearing it directly on Hard unlocks all three medals at once.
  2. Multiple new background music tracks have been added to the client.
  3. Multiple new in-game options have been added to the client.

Improvements:

  1. Skirmish and multiplayer room player limits now follow each map's limit.
  2. Players can no longer choose the same color or the same starting position.
  3. The client now has hotkeys for deselecting 1 unit and 5 units.
  4. Improved the client's multilingual text.

Co-op Missions

The first Allied co-op mission has been added: Cascais Evacuation.

The story takes place in late 1956. After the Soviets secretly took control of the Principality of Andorra in the Pyrenees and launched a surprise attack on Zaragoza from the north, thousands of Soviet troops poured into the Iberian Peninsula by transport aircraft. The Allied forces stationed on the Iberian Peninsula were quickly overwhelmed, and large numbers of Allied troops reached Lisbon, Portugal, to evacuate by ship. However, when the Allied forces tasked with delaying the Soviets arrived in Lisbon, the city had already been taken by Soviet airborne troops, so they were forced to move to Cascais and prepare to evacuate by transport boats.

In the co-op mission, Player 1 takes command of the Allied forces stationed in Cascais, while Player 2 commands the Allied landing force sent to support the Cascais evacuation.

New Skirmish Map

Tarnished Fortress is a brand-new four-player skirmish map. An abandoned fortress stands on the high ground in the center of the map, containing numerous Tech Oil Derricks, a Tech Outpost, and a full set of defensive structures. The four players start in the corners of the map, each with a distinctive landmark: the village (↖), the windmill (↙), the church (↗), and the factory (↘).

New Tech Building

Tech Sentry Tower
Tech Sentry Tower

The new Tech Sentry Tower is armed with a quad 20mm Oerlikon autocannon, making it effective against infantry and light vehicles. Its elevated design allows it to fire at units outside walls even when the tower itself is enclosed by them.

Main Changes

  2. Campaign missions now have autosave checkpoints; when restarting the game, you can directly load the corresponding progress.

Battle Fortress Rework

The Battle Fortress can now use the two machine-gun turrets on its roof against infantry, and its 155mm main gun against vehicles and buildings.

Its top speed has been reduced, but its acceleration is faster.

Tesla Assaulter Rework

The Tesla Assaulter now has a higher rate of fire but lower damage. At the same time, a brand-new mechanic has been implemented: charging.

When fully charged, the Tesla Assaulter can fire a high-damage electric current with a conductive effect. When not fully charged, it can still attack with a normal electric current, but this consumes power.

This gives the Tesla Assaulter remarkable adaptability: out of combat, its power gradually recharges, and when it re-enters battle it can unleash devastating damage.

Intruder Mechanics Change

The Intruder's damage is slightly reduced, but its napalm explosions now apply a burn effect to all enemies within the blast area.

Units affected by burn continuously lose health.
